Hello everyone! I hope you’re doing well today. We are a little excited today as we have just finished up the new redesign of iMark Interactive. If you’ve been here before, then you probably notice is looks different. We hope you like it.
We decided to move away from our other theme because it was cumbersome and didn’t keep everything clean as we wanted it. We also wanted to change up our color scheme a bit to make it more modern and friendly. We’ve moved back to the Genesis framework to keep the code much cleaner and the site loading quicker. It took some time to get the new colors and layout right, but we’re there. We have a few tweaks and changes to make since we have it live, so please bear with us. If you see an issue, please let us know!
Having said that, what we are most happy about is some new plans and pricing!
Our New WordPress Support Plans
While we’ve been helping site owners and bloggers for over 12 years on WordPress, our managed plans are relatively new (within the last few years). We’ve had standard pricing with only three plans for far too long. Ongoing WordPress support and maintenance is not just an update/monitor business. It’s a relationship business.
We strive to get to know all of our clients personally. We understand their business models, their traffic patterns, and their needs. Not only do we do the technical work on their WordPress sites, we also help them with strategy, feature implementation, and feedback. Sometimes we’re blogging coaches, business mentors, and much more. You see, the only way you can stand out from the pack is to provide service which is above and beyond. That’s what we strive to do here at iMark Interactive.
In order to do that, we had to do a little update in plans and pricing. You might think the prices are going way up, but in reality, we’ve added a new plan, and tweaked the other plans to offer more at close to the same price.
We’ve received a lot of feedback from potential clients that want to use our services, but just couldn’t justify the cost. Because of this, we’ve created a new plan for those beginners who want to be protected, but don’t want to pay a lot. The Ready plan is right up their alley and one of the best priced in the market today.

As part of our revamp here, we also added some cool perks to the last two plans (Fire and Bullseye). The reason we did this was to make sure people were getting the most for their money and understanding that we are here to help and be a part of your business.
Because of this, we have decided to offer any customer on the top two plans free access to all Genesis child themes, plus the framework. This means you can use any theme from Studiopress, plus some third party authors. You can view them all here.
On top of Genesis themes, you also get free access to all themes and plugins from Elegant Themes. This includes the very popular Divi theme, which is a drag-and-drop theme editor.
This means you get access to these awesome premium plugins and themes just for being a managed customer of iMark Interactive. We think of it as icing on the cake!
Get Your Quick Fix
Another service we’re happy to announce is our Quick Fix. Before, when someone needed some help, they would contact us, tell us the issue, and we would give a quote. Now, we have a quick fix service that is a flat rate. It’s for small jobs that you just don’t want to handle or don’t know how to do. We classify these jobs as those which can be completed within 30 minutes. Did you know that most fixes/changes can be done within this time period for the average WordPress site?
The Quick Fix service is priced per job. You can’t lump changes/edits into one quick fix. If you need a lot of stuff done, please just contact us.
Before we go back to fixing problems and designing new WordPress sites, we want to say thank you to all of our customers. We wouldn’t be where we are today without you.
