How to Get WordPress Help

We love to help people get their WordPress sites in order, but before we can do that, we need some information. This is very important and without it, we can’t help you! Make sure to check out our services page to see what we offer, but when in doubt, just contact us. Also, please read our FAQ to learn more about how we work.

*Please note that we support self-hosted WordPress sites. We do not work on WordPress.com powered sites. If you’d like to move from WordPress.com to self-hosted, please contact us for a quote.

If you are ready to submit a ticket because you know what you need, please follow the instructions on this page below. If you’re not sure what you need, please contact us first so we can help you through what you might need and the cost associated.

Let's Get Started

There are two pieces of information we need from you. This includes an admin login to your WordPress site and either hosting or cPanel/FTP. If you don’t know what these are, please ask your host or provide your hosting login and we can get it. Some hosts like BigScoots and Orange Geek don’t have cPanel and only FTP, so ask them.

Step 1: WordPress Login

You can create an admin login for us using the information below. If you’re not sure how to create a new user in WordPress, please follow this guide.

User: imarkinteractive
Email: [email protected]
Role: Administrator

Step 2: Hosting Login

For your hosting/FTP information, you can either place this information inside the ticket form when you click the Get Started button below, or you can use our vault.

This allows you to share login information securely with only a link. The system will create a link for you after you paste your login information into the box. Please provide the link the vault gives you in the how we can help box in the ticket. We can’t get to the information without the link!

If you use the vault link you do NOT need to fill in the hosting information.

To start filling out the form, please click here or click the big red button below that says “Get Started“.
