Subscriptions
If you are looking to downgrade your account to a different plan, please contact us first and we can discuss options to downgrade. We have several options now for all size sites. If you cancel your plan first, it causes a billing issue, so please contact us first.
If you are having issues with updating your credit card, please use this page instead. This will not work if you want to change from credit card to PayPal or vise versa. Please contact us if you need to change payment types.

Please use this form to submit a ticket for assistance. You will receive a message if it was successfully submitted along with a followup from our ticket system with an automated response.

Optional Addons
These are optional addons that are billed separately on your account. You do not have to use them, but we provide them for those who wish to add extra services to their monthly support subscription. You need to have an active monthly subscription plan with us to use these addons.
