If you are a web retailer looking to increase sales and revenue, then think about diversifying your reach. In order to set partnered with them, you have to fill out their Join Now form, and then have your account approved. You will then need to load up your products into their site. Your website gets its own store on MarketAmerica, which you can add your logo and some marketing lingo to. Customers come to MarketAmerica to shop some of the best online stores and yours can be apart of it. Customers can search the site or just go straight to the store listing pages. Once they find a product, they checkout on MarketAmerica through their EZ Cart. Once the order is complete, you get an email indicating the sale and the need to ship the product. The great thing is that you do not have to worry about fraud, as MarketAmerica takes care of all of that. They verify the orders for you, so you don’t have to mess with that overwhelming step. It is the same as Amazon and Buy.com. Once an order is shipped, you log in to their merchant area and put in the tracking number. This then emails the customer the information, so they can track their package.
As a previous online store owner, I used and flourished on MarketAmerica. I sold consumer electronics for over 5 years and have about 2 years experience on this marketplace. It is well developed and has a good amount of customers coming to it. Mind you, it is not Amazon or Buy.com, but it does help supplement your online sales.
