Another day without blackberry service has upset many customers. Blackberry's service was down for about 8 hours starting at 6:30pm and lasting until about 2:45am. This is the second time in less than a week that the service was down. The last time is was only a few select people and no one on enterprise, but this time Blackberry estimates that 100% of its North American users were down. There have been some reports that customers in South American were also affected. This means that they could not receive email, scroll the web, register their device, and other services.
