Google’s Nexus One to Nexus None

As quickly as the Nexus One phone came to the market, it has left the market.  Google has officially announced that after its last shipment of Nexus One smartphones, it will not longer be selling the phone.  You can still get the phone through some of its partners, but not online through their store.  The bigger question is whether Google plans on making another go at the smartphone market.  Their first attempt was a giant bust according to analysts and I assume some execs at Google as well.

Google still plans on providing developers with the phone through a partner as long as they are registered.  I am not sure how long the Nexus One will be around at Google’s partners like Vodaphone.  Since it is really not a big seller, they will probably be deep price cuts in order to move the phone.  Oh, how quickly the Nexus One went to Nexus None!
